One of our most prestigious clients currently has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to plan and execute a European Mobile Telecommunications Service Function which will include a repair centre and call centre operation
Role Responsibilities
o Communicate with European operators to establish good relationships and support their customer service activity
o Manage the service cost in all European operations and maintain performance levels
o Capture quality problem in the market and issue quality reports
o Take responsbility of repair centre and call centre operation
o Travel frequently and sometimes at short notice globally
Knowledge Skills Experience
o Service and CS management within an electronics or telecommunications organisation
