We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service centre manager which will be based in Saffron Walden
The Role
This will be to help assist the CRM Manager increase the Sales and improve customer service Utilising on the salesprospect and also training the team where required
Duties
Ensure training is carried out where required
Hold appraisals weekly and yearly
Develop relationships with other departments
Collate daily weekly and monthly reports
Support staff as and where needed
Help the team achieve and exceed the targets they are set
Ensure the database is maintain and consistent
Experience required
Min 2 years Call Centre managerial experience
Good planning and organisation skills
Articulate and numerate
Good communication
Salary
25000 annual salary with an annual bonus which will be based on KPIs and tagrtes being met
