We are a recruitment company and our client is looking for a HR professional to work as a Workforce Planning Advisor
The Workforce Planning Advisor will work with Human Resources in developing and integrating the Authoritys workforce planning strategy and information systems in accordance with their strategic aims and objectives
In partnership with service areas identify and address workforce planning issues and trends which impact achievement of the Authoritys business and service planning requirements
Analyse workforce data trends and prepare reports for the board senior managers and management teams
