Our client a specialist housing provider based in the South East currently requires an experienced Leasehold Officer to join their expanding team on an initial temporary basis The role could become a permanent position due to the increasing size of the organisations leasehold portfolio
Management of leasehold services to a patch of properties
Enforce leasehold tenancy conditions in line with organisational policy and procedures
Respond swiftly to and resolve all leaseholder and shared ownership enquiries
Complete estate inspections to ensure internal and external communal areas are maintained to the highest standards
Assist in the annual review of service charges and assist with collating and setting service charges for all new shared ownership properties
Full responsibility for monintoring rent arrears provide advice and where necessary enforce tenancy conditions
