A contact worker is required on a full time basis initially for a 2 month contract to join a busy contact centre in Pendarvis in Port Talbot Experience of working with children and their families is essential Experience of liaising with social workers is desirable You will need to be confident and have the ability to work autonomously with young people and their parents The ability to write strong and accurate reports on your observations is critical as these reports are often presented to court
A current CRB is essential to this role You will be subject to an enhanced CRB at our expense also
