An opportunity has arisen within this excellent company based in Llandarcy as a Floor Supervisor within the call centre
You will have relevant experience to date in call centres and either now be looking for the next stage of your career or looking for a new challenge
You will assist in the smooth day to day running of the operation You will be involved in training mentoring listening to calls and improving delivery
A basic salary of 18000 to 20000 is offered dependant on experience plus a monthly bonus
Our client offers execellent working conditions and the opportunity to progress your career
The working week will be Monday to Friday only with a variety of shift patterns within the week that can be discussed at interview
