Reporting to the Academy Employment Manager you will secure the engagement of employers within the hospitality care and active leisure sector and create a direct route for employed work for learners on either a full or apprenticeship contract Your key performance indictor is the delivery of a minimum of 20 employment contracts per month for apprentices with employers in the area
