My client creates medium to largescale developments in the residential sector They have a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients
The project is a 40m new build residential development of apartments located in West London I am looking for an Individual with a track record in all aspects of site management gained within the residential sector Ideally you will have a residential background working on large residential projects You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills who can motivate and influence others Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes It is essential you have First Aid SMSTS and CSCS
