Our client a large North East Housing Association is looking for a part qualified Lead Component Accountant to join their outgoing and dynamic team
The ideal candidate will be
Responsible for calculating the opening position in respect of component accounting for all housing assets
Review and analyse existing property data
Responsible for investigating and documenting all discrepancies
Responsible for analysis and reclassification of all historic property data
Responsible for reconciliations
Working closely with other managers to identify and develop systems to account for housing property assets
Responsible for preparing project update reports
Knowledgeable of housing associations
