You will have knowledge and experience with enterprise and desktop applications and hardware Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Database systems performing SQL Queries within live databases and producing reports Logging into UNIX servers and monitoring servers would be highly desirable You will also have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate in a clear concise pleasant and patient manner
You will be providing customer focused support services by fielding incoming IncidentsRequests and logging all in the service desk reporting tool providing triage and diagnosis of issues following calls through to resolution within SLAs in a 24x7 schedule
