Main Duties
Technical delivery of projects in a Lead Engineer capacity where required depending on project category
Develop innovative technical solutions
Interface and coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams eg civil structural electrical and ICA
Interface with clients on project technical commercial and progress matters
Support design management of projects and bids
Project manage small medium MEICA led projects
Encourage the promotion of and compliance with quality safety and environmental systems
Assist in the development promotion and implementation of company technical strategies
Act as mentor to less experienced team members
Line management responsibility for assigned staff
Ensure capture of key project and technical knowledge
Requirements
Relevant Engineering Degree
Chartered Engineer
Experience in Technical Delivery of Process Plant Systems on Water Utility or Energy Based Projects
