You will be a part of an energetic and dynamic team with the drive and enthusiasm to be the very best at what you do You must have a friendly and customer focused approach that will allow you to build relationships with new clients and help landlords to let their property and tenants to find a new home to rent
A large part of the rapport building will be providing regular updates of new property coming onto the market accompanying clients to viewings and listening and acting upon any feedback provided
You will also be liaising with landlords to keep them up to date on any progression with the let of their property Our client ensures that all of our landlords are provided with a first class service and that they are updated with any feedback from viewings and any other actions that the agency is taking to get their property let as soon as possible and for the best rental price
