We are looking for a Commercial Administrator for a permanent position based in St Athan Barry South Wales
The role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to a management team and other site based staff on a military site in St Athan
Duties will include
Deal with queries quickly and efficiently
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Maintain a paper and computerised filing system
Input data into systems and databases
Distribution of mail correspondence and post
Undertake staff security clearance procedures
Answer telephone and email correspondence promptly and efficiently
Preparing maintenance reports for the management
Successful applicants will be able to display a proven track record in administration or operations support with excellent typing and data input skills often within strict deadlines
