A regional housing association operating principally in the Northern Home counties is looking to secure a temporary Sales Advisor to work as part of a small team while they recruit on a permanent basis This is an urgent requirement and the ideal candidate will be available to telephone interview at short notice this week and start immediately
Main responsibilities in the role
Responsible for coordinating all shared ownershiprent to homebuy enquiries
Checking applications attending viewings and providing a professional service to customers
Liaising with Homebuy Agents and local authorities on nominations providing feedback and building relationships
Sending out memorandum of sale confirmation letters and CMLs to relevant parties
Dealing effectively with administration and documentation relating to shared ownership
