My client is one of the largest manufactures of pork products in the United Kingdom and produces bacon sausages pies and fried meet products They are currently looking to recruit a New Product Development Technologist to work within one of their sites based in Lincolnshire on an interim basis
You will be responsible for the development of new and existing own label chilled meat products from concept to full scale production This company supplies into a number of the major multiples
On a day to day basis your duties will include
Progressing development of new products
Ensuring development of products is delivered within budget and timescale
Managing the development chefs
Ensuring that Products are developed inline with clients Quality and Safety regulations
Regularly reviewing products and ingredients to maximise cost saving
