A varied and interesting role exists working for the Technical Department of a Global Isle of Wight based company This is maternity cover for a minimum of 6 months
The role of Technical Services Administrator includes the following
Preparation format and issue of project documentation
Chasing up progress of projects in line with deadlines
Proof reading documents including specifications manuals and notes
Support to Technical Director including diary management
Organising and attending meetings
General admin support including stationery orders filing scanning etc
Providing cover for other departmental administrators where required
To be successful as a Technical Services Administrator you will
Be methodical with an excellent eye for detail
Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft excel experience
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people across all levels globally
