My client is a large independent recruiter that has a number of branches around the West Midlands area Due to them securing a number of large blue chip contracts they now require an experienced Administrator to work and support the Operations Director based in their head office in Walsall The ideal candidate must have a proven administration background and possess excellent computermicrosoft skills especially powerpoint and Excel packages
The Role
To support the Operations Director by offering a second to none admin service and liase with existing and new clients The ideal candidate will have experience with the following
Putting together presentations using powerpoint
Proof reading important documents and amending when required
Dealing with tenders and business proposals
Liasing with external and internal clients by telephone
General admin duties
