Position: Night Care Manager-Dementia-West Midlands

The purpose of the job is to plan monitor and deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents ensure independence and choice are met To supervise and evaluate the care delivered to residents always ensuring that legal and Care Home standards are met
The salary is 853 per hour and the hours are 42 per week 3 nights on 3nights off 8pm 8am
The person we are looking for will have
Minimum of 3 years working in a caring environment
NVQ3 in Direct Care
Good numeric and literacy skills
Basic budgeting and accountancy skills
A warm and friendly disposition
Strong team player
Good communication skills able to put others at ease
Supervisoryleadership skills
Willing to develop management skills
Reliable and punctual
Knowledge of the CQC standards
Eligibility to work in the UK
