Vane recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading developing and highly professional business in the Portsmouth area
Due to the success of the business they are now looking to expand their team and require a team leader to support this
Salary 19 22k basic OTE 30K
Hours of work375 hours a week shifts running between 9ama nd 530pm
As a team manager you will be responsible for the following duties
Manage a team of outbound telemarketing operatives
Motivate and coach the sales team driving them to success
Complete appraisals and performance reviews regularly with team members
Monitor and increase productively and sales
Developing and improving systems and staff to gain the maximum potential and to achieve target consistently
