Our client based on the outskirts of Guildford between Woking and Guildford is currently recruiting for a temporary accounts assistant for approximately 3 months to cover longterm sick maybe needed longer
key tasks
Perform supplier statement reconciliations
Assist management accountant with manipulation of data for vehicle costings
post purchase ledger invoices
Assist with production of Intrastat returns
Preparation and provision of supporting data to enable sundry invoices to be raised
Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve issues that arise in the course of this task
The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills as the role will require liaison with employees across a number of departments to resolve issues arising from the above tasks The individual should also be confident in tackling issues that arise in the supply chain process which affect the ability to process invoices including matching goods received notes
