The main responsibilities of this role are
Collection of keys for departing tenants
Delivery of Keys for new tenants
Arranging maintenance where required on properties
Property surveying after tenant departure to determine damages etc
The Ideal Candidate will have
A strong personality
People person
Able to work alone
Needs to be able to drive full license
Base will be Kettering â may have to occasionally travel to big branch in Coventry...
