A Bristol based company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their expanding team Blagdon Avon
As a HR Manager you will
Report to the site manager
Ensure operational compliance of all site management and 550 employees
Manage health and safety
Contribute to and coordinate encourage and support site achievement
Influence and collaborate at all levels in order to achieve HR Training and Health and Safety targets
The ideal HR Manager will hold the following skills and experiences
CIPD qualified or in the final stages of study
Proven experience within a HR role
A detailed understanding of Employment Law and Generalist HR processes
Health and safety knowledge
Experience in training developing and managing staff
Highly developed interpersonal skills including assertiveness and negotiation
