As a key member of the management team you will have direct responsibility for care and support planning and staff management ensuring these are in line with CQC standards You will be responsible for quality monitoring of the care and support service within the scheme ensuring the welfare of customers is protected and monitored at all times

NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
supervision and appraisal of staff
completing Care and Support Plans Risk Assessments and Reviews
excellent interpersonal skills
