Our client a small maintenance contractor based in the Bedfordshire region urgently requires an experienced Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to join their busy team on an interim basis The role will involve
Supervision of operatives on a daily basis providing reactive maintenance services to tenants
Assign daily duties to operatives and carry out inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Ensure work is programmed and completed in the most economical and efficient way
Respond swiftly to investigate and resolve complaints
Visit properties to conduct thorough audits of work completed
