An experienced Service Desk Engineer is required to join an expanding well established company whose knowledge and practical experience includes Cisco technologies VMware WANLAN DR Solutions including system integration and proactive maintenance The successful Service Desk Engineers key responsibility will provide telephone and email 2nd line remote support to the companys customer database

Provide hardware and software support to customer base via telephone remote connectivity and onsite visits as appropriate
