I have a role for commercial contracts solicitor in the South West for a leading private practice You will need a minimum of two years PQE and will have strong experience working with the commercial contracts field Ideally this experience will be from dealing with public sector or NHS Bodies or have experience of health care contracts
Working with one of the countries leading health care and public services law firms you will be joining the South West office of a team which operates across the UK Working with other health care and commercial contract specialist solicitors to work on joint ventures primarily in the health care sector You will be advising public and private sector firms on health care contracts You will need to have a good knowledge of NHS procedures commercial transactions strategic planning and the drafting negotiating and implementation of commercial contracts
