IT Services and Solutions organisation AAP3 are looking to recruit an HR Manager to join the Senior Management Team leading and continually developing the Global HR Operation Reporting in to the EVP Director of Shared Services this role will play a key role in leading and evolving the HR function in line with business requirements
The objectives for the role will include
the design implementation management and review of the global HR strategy
development implementation and review of HR processes to support the organisation
working with the executive team and senior managers to operate an effective and compliant global HR function
reviewdesign corporate HR strategy
ongoing development and improvement of the companys performance management process
