An opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Manager to join this leading business services organisation responsible for a Region encompassing the North West of England and Scotland
The ideal candidate will have multisite experience and be adept at dealing with individuals of all levels within the business You can be located anywhere within the region and are prepared to travel when required will also need to have a proven track record in a similar HR generalist role in a fast moving business You will need handson experience of dealing with disciplinary grievances and performance management and a proven track record of developing and applying personnel policies and procedures
Responsibilities will also include providing support and advice on ER assisting in Regional delivery of change projects taking both practical and commercial approach to create sustainable and profitable growth for the business
