We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Billericay office on a temporary basis The main purpose of this role is to provide vital support to our team of account managers Your main responsibilities will include processing orders and dealing with customers by telephone email and fax You will also handle general enquiries and proactively follow up quotations and leads
