Resourcer
A Resourcer is an integral role within a recruitment branch supporting the consultants with administration and candidate management you will manage the majority of the administration function whilst providing first class customer service to candidates and clients
Duties to include
Answering incoming calls screening calls and transferring where appropriate
Taking initial details from candidates such as location salary and sector
Processing new starter information which requires excellent attention to detail
CV searching across a wide range of jobboards
Making initial calls to indentified candidates and passing to relevant consultant should the candidate be relevant
Maintaining a database of available candidates in specific sectors
Registering candidates in branch
Ensuring all candidate packs are audit compliant
Referencing candidates
Dealing with ad hoc duties as requested by the consultants
