We are seeking and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee that day to day front of house operations within this busy family orientated café restaurant retail environment As restaurant supervisor you will be responsible for various sides of the operation ensuring that all aspects of the front of house café restaurant run smoothly Immaculate presentation is required with a positive outlook and a proven record in restaurant and junior staff supervision Own transport would be advantageous due to venue location
Duties will include
Stock Control and minimizing wastage
Supervising junior staff organizing break rotation and daily rotas
Cashing up and floating tills
Dealing with customers and resolving any issues
Liaising with management
Ensuring excellent front of house service and cleanliness standards
