I have a new position for a debt recovery paralegallegal executive position in the South West You will be required to have previous legal experience working within debt recovery including court procedures and negotiating settlements Previous experience as a paralegal is preferred but a legal executive or ILEX would be considered
Working with one of the largest UK firms outside London you will be working within their commercial disputes team focusing on debt recovery Working with a team of solicitors legal executives and paralegals around debt recovery matters you will be negotiating settlements on behalf of clients as well as initiating court proceedings to recover unpaid debt
