Leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to be based in Birmingham to cover their expanding number of East Midlands projects
Ideally applicants will be working as a Contracts Manager or Operations Manager on projects in the East Midlands and be able to demonstrate local market knowledge
Your operational and day to day role and experience will include
Understand the running of the department and interrelationship of Design Estimating Surveying and Contract Sections together with Planning Department Central Services etc and liaison where necessary Recognise how the major project fits in with the Company business plan
Candidates must be qualified to DegreeHNC level in a related discipline ie Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 15 years relevant project management experience
Line Management experience
Experience of dealing with contract compliance and variations
