Our client is looking to recruit a Service Manager based in Taunton to manage the delivery and performance of high quality Learning Disability support services to their Learning Disability service users
You will be working for one of the largest care providers in Southern England who provides residential and nursing care to over 1200 older people in 30 homes across the south west counties Our client also provides domiciliary community and residential care to adults and older people with learning or physical disabilities Our client delivers nearly 37000 hours of community care every week to over 4000 service users
As Service Manager you will manage the provision of Learning Disability services across a defined geographical area and manage the LD staff teams Deputy Service Managers Team Leaders Care and Support Workers plus any related other staff
