JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily organisation of work schedules for the team
Ensure daily targets are met
Working on Spot welding Welding Press Operation and Spray line
Ensure manufacturing procedures are adhered to
Perform quality spot checks and first off inspections
Ensure Heath Safety procedures are adhered to
Liaise with manufacturing departments ensuring demand is met
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Relevant experience
Essential
Minimum of 5 years in a sheet metal environment
Proven record of team supervision
Dedication to quality and safety
Advantageous
Experience with paint finishing
Skills and abilities
Essential
Good communication skills
Reading of technical drawings
Advantageous
