Job Purpose:
Our client is a cash management organisation who are currently looking for a shift manager to lead a team to achieve their optimum level of customer service and financial goals.
Our client was brought to the market to provide cash delivery services to the High Street Banks, ATMs and Retailers.
The business demands and works with the utmost precision and highest levels of confidentiality. They are regulated by the Bank of England who also ensure public confidence of genuine notes and coins are delivered. Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
*Resource shifts and help recruit employees for the centre
*Ensure employees are trained to maximise flexibility within the centre
*Performance Management
*Develop key employees to ensure a succession plan and to enhance their personal development
Other Duties:
*Anticipate and prepare for specific opportunities / issues
*Vault and bond balancing
*Internal operational audits
*Checking of departmental controls and checks
*General staff organisation
*Return to work interviews
Skills Competencies:
*You will have production and or management skills
*Organisational / communication / management skills (verbal and written)
*Experience with financial operations numeracy skills
