Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a Home Manager (RGN) to work within a small to medium sized nursing home in Bedfordshire. Our client has a large number of residential and nursing homes across the UK and delivers a high standard of care in a home from home setting. This position is for a Home Manager working full time across a 7 day period and you will be required to be flexible to the needs of the business. You will have overall responsibility for a team of between 30-40 staff, and be expected to increase the residency of the home through proactive marketing, and development of relationships within the local community.
