Our clients are seeking 2 Room Leaders to manage the Baby Room or Toddler Room in this lovely Epping Nursery. You will require good knowledge of Babies or Toddlers depending on your experience and their development as well as their changing needs as they grow and learn. You will be approachable for parents and be able to advise and support them with questions and concerns regarding their baby or toddlers. This position will suit a confident Nursery Nurse looking to take the next step, or a Room Leader looking for a new setting where they can develop their career and experience. You will require strong staff management skills as well as a professional and committed approach to your work. Some of your Room Leader responsibilities will include: o To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment o To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS o To work in partnership with the parents o To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery o To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience: o Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent o Have experience of working with children As a leading recruiter in Early Years Childcare and Education we are always looking for suitable qualified Childcare Professionals to work in our nurseries in permanent jobs that are based UK Wide, If you cannot see a area or a position you are interested to work in, please give us a call.
