You will be part of an experienced front of house team who main goal is to give the customers the best possible experience.Your main duty is to receive and welcome all customers visiting Peter Vardy Ltd and provide a World Class Customer Service experience by treating each customer as an individual, with care and respect.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAnswers all customer calls and enquires at the front of house reception deskWelcomes each customer to the dealership and establishes their needs before directing them to the most appropriate colleague.Takes personal ownership of customer enquiries and ensures all customers either phone or walk in are well attended and assists them when appropriate.Maintains a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer.Provides support to Service colleagues by providing cover during busy periods.We need you to treat our customers like heros and ensure they get the best possible experience possible.
