The Job Is:
To provide what matters to our customers by effectively understanding queries and addressing customer needs across multiple channels, products, front and back-office processes and query types. As far as possible you will own and resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact and ensure that where hand offs are necessary, they are clean and warm. You will escalate complex queries to the Resolver as appropriate and only when you are unable to resolve them yourself. You will listen to what the customer is really asking for and look for opportunities to add value through the continuous improvement of our processes to make it easy for people to do business with us. You will help to create a trusted business through the delivery of excellent customer and look for the right opportunity to offer relevant products and services to our customers.
The Job Involves:
Managing customer queries and addressing customer needs.
Sharing learning and experience with your colleagues to ensure the strengths of each team member are recognised and used to offer our customer's excellent service.
Feeding back ideas and suggestions for improvements to our way of working and the service we offer our customers so that we continue to exceed our customer's expectations.
Experience Required:
Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
Strong IT skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Fraud Investigations experience
Suspicious Transaction monitoring.
Credit experience
Police liaison experience.
