My client is a major Technical Facilities Building Services Company that operates on a nationwide basis They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage projects and associated small works either forming part of the maintenance contract or stand alone projects The employer is looking for all projects to be delivered in a profitable and creditable way whilst endeavouring to exceed customer expectations
MAIN DUTIES
To manage project awards both operationally and financially to ensure correct operation within budget
To prepare estimates and quotations with appropriate back up documentation in accordance with company procedures
To determine priorities in conjunction with projects administrator for the allocation of direct sub contract labour
