Our client a successful small dealer group are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Dealer Principal General Manager to run a dealership in the Potteries area
The successful candidate will be required to cover the day to day management of the dealership and provide a first class financial return by providing excellent customer service together with supporting all franchise aspirations
Main Duties
Managing Coaching and Controlling all Staff Management
Proactively Manage the P L function of the site
Ensure that all departments comply with the Franchise CSI expectations
Control Monitor all dealership costs working to meet and hopefully exceed budget
Provide and monitor information for Monthly Quarterly KPIs
