Planned Police Response Investigator
Servoca Resourcing Solutions are currently seeking individuals for the role of a Planned Police Response Investigator for Sussex Police
The role will involve taking inbound calls from members of the public and making appointments for them to speak with a Police Officer
As this is a public line there will be requirement to work a shift pattern Shifts are both early and late finishes with a requirement to work weekends
Where a weekend day is worked you will have a rostered day off in the week
Ideal candidates for the role will have an extensive customer service background and experience dealing with the public
