A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a luxury brand who are opening a new office in the West End
Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator who can hit the ground running whilst the office is developing and going through future expansion Our Client places great value upon team work and also recognises the contribution of the individual to the success of the business
The Accounts Administrators responsibilities will include
Payroll
Liaise with Payroll Bureau
Monthly Payroll processing reconciliations and reporting
Accounts Receivable
Create and amend master data
Processing and allocating incoming payments
Debtor reporting
Sales Ledger reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Create and amend master data
Posting supplier invoices stock nonstock items
Processing and allocating outgoing payments
Purchase Ledger reconciliations
Accounting Support
General ledger processing to include journals accruals prepayments and bala...
