My client are currently looking for an engineer to operate primarily in the south east which includes visits into London The candidate will need to have at a minimum gas safe certification of domestic commercial gas boilers cookers and both gas tightness testing qualifications TPCP1 TPCP1a The engineer will be required to complete reactive call outs and planned maintenance visits to a wide variety of HVAC equipment including Air Handling Units Fan Coil Units Pumps and MCC Panels
The annual income will be 30000 per annum based on a 425 hour working week In addition the company will pay overtime at time and a half calculated on the hourly rate overtime will commence after 475 hours have been completed each week The successful candidate will be expected to give the company 1 hour a day in travel half an hour going to work half an hour after work
