It is the Service Desk Analysts responsibility to assist in the restoration of normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimise the impact on business operations as part of Incident management It is the objective of the Service Desk to minimise the adverse impact of incidents on our customer and to assist in the prevention of reoccurrence of incidents related to these errors
