ROLE DETAILS
Reporting directly to the Operations Director West the post holder will have responsibility for the overall management of the services including budgeting and planning delivered in the area known as Central West Berkshire Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire Hampshire Isle of Wight and Channel Islands The post holder will be involved in negotiation of service contracts and complex service delivery situations They will be representing the organisation on area wide groups operating at a strategic level There is also an element of representing the organisation in the media as well as speaking at conferences and smaller key meetings The post holder will directly manage a small team but have overall accountability of a larger team of both staff and volunteers who work in the area supporting the delivery of services
