Job purpose
To provide an efficient professional and timely administrative support to the Managed Service Program by ensuring that processes are followed and compliance is maintained
Main DutiesKey Result Areas
To ensure that all contract archiving is conducted on a timely basis and that filing systems are maintained in a neat and organised manner
To ensure that contracts and addendums are posted out and tracked to ensure their timely return
To ensure supplier inductiontraining packs are current with the relevant documents
To conduct web surveys across programs for both clients and suppliers
