Providing support to adult service users with mild to severe learning disabilities We have opportunities for candidates to work in a number of residential homes respite units or supported living schemes across South Yorkshire
Assisting with all aspects of daily living giving help and support to service users Integrating service users into the community and encouraging independent living
Varying levels of personal care may be necessary Updating and improving risk assessments and care plans and working in accordance with the units health and safety procedures
Daytime and Night work available
Previous experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities or physical disabilities is essential
