An opportunity has arisen in the Buckinghamshire area within our clients prestigious brand This position is for an experienced Estate Agent preferably previously holding a senior negotiator or property valuer position in an Estate agency
This role requires an articulate and well presented candidate who has a proven successful career in an estate agency and is confident and competent at the top end of the market sector
RESPONSIBILITIES
Selling a targeted amount of properties onto the market
Promoting and target the of selling properties and cross referrals
Followup of all new business leads
Generating potential valuation viewing financial services and legal appointments
Training of staff
Monitoring performance
Compiling and analysing figures
Reporting back to the Branch Manager
